THMotorsports: Stainless Steel Clutch Line Kit - NO ONE ELSE ONE - FINALLY OUT !!!
i have f23 and where my line goes into the bell housing theres a nipple on the line for bleeding i believe, but nothing comes out from there, even with the rubber thing off, theres like a metal clip that holds in the pipe which goes into the connection that has the bleeder nipple, is that where this stainless hose would pop into? then how do you bleed the f23? i know how to bleed the f35, but the f23 is different, theres no valve you twist open/close to bleed it.
i know that the f23 and f35 connect differently to the bell housing.
this is my f23:

the line would be what gets replaced, not your bleeder block (the black piece that has the rubber cap on it and goes into the trans). You would pull the lil metal clip out and the line will release and slide out.
when i take the cap off, there is just a plactic nub, and there is a hole there which looks like fluid could leak out, but there is no fitting to put a wrench on, it's just a piece of round plastic molded to that pipe. i have no idea how to get it to bleed there.
could you snap a pic of yours?

I'm going to open this up to everyone who wants to do this but if there is someone with a F23 transmission or the NON-SS Cobalt and wants this clutch line. THMotorsports can possibly have one made. This person would get the clutch line AT COST and your downtime would be about ~2 weeks as I will need your original line in the car to replicate it.
Let me know if anyone is interested.

OMFG!!! This is what is wrong with my clutch!!! New one installed last summer and ever since whenever car gets hot the clutch gets mushy and eventually feels like it is at the floor to disengage. My kit didn't come with one (most don't I know and it is recommended that you change it)
Can you tell me how much to Canada? V6V 0A3 is my postal code. USPS is prefered.
Thanks!!!!

Does anyone have access to allData? I'm sure it can give better insight.
[SIZE="3"]This might be helpful because it shares the same transmission. It looks like you either have to gravity feed the bubbles out or use a vacuum system with that nozzle at the end already on the transmission but not part of the clutch line (maybe? someone confirm). Vacuum system would obviously be best and easily attainable.

I agree. I think it's just a generic brake caliper nipple type of port and you can just use vacuum to pull air out of the system and just flush with fluid through.
Be more specific, you want a How To on the line in the thread or saying to find a how to on the 2.2 to figure out how to bleed it and that would develop a line for the 2.2?
If you want a How To for LNF/LSJ I can throw one together for you. I still have all the pics on my computer.

there install procedures for me for brake like kit "Remove old, install new" I would probably get the same answer from them about these too. Gonna install it once I do my turbo build/clutch replace in the spring!
