im suprised no one has sent you an f23 clutch line, seems like a no brainer haha. If I had one it'd be in the mail already.

I should be sending my F23 line in tomorrow! I called the Chevy dealer and they have confirmed that the 2.2 and 2.4 clutch line is interchangeable, so once this is made the rest of us can enjoy this mod! Just awaiting THM to PM the info to send this out!

Nope, it isn't on the website. You have to PM (see post 1). At that point a paypal invoice will be generated (if you plan to pay via paypal) and sent to your account. You submit payment and wait... the lines appear to be built to order. Unfortunately, since this isn't part of the normal website it doesn't appear that the invoice will post in your THMotorsports account either... Makes it interesting when you try to get a status update from the shipping department.... Don't think the shipping department found my particular order yet, but perhaps it will show up in the future....

So, did this ever happen? Been itching for one of these but cant send mine in due to the DD thing...

 

Someone was suppose to send it to me but they never go back to me on a tracking number as to whether it happened or not. We will see!

 

I can confirm that these lines DO NOT FIT the Saturn ION Redline....

The fitting on the slave cylinder is smaller, this hose has the same size fittings on both ends...


Now I have a spare clutch hose for a Cobalt SS :P

no, i broke the line pulling it off. i have a second line that i pulled off my LS to drive my car. the new GM line should be at the dealer, i haven't gotten down there. maybe i can make it there by 2 tomorrow and i can get the ball rolling again.

this was my fault, sorry. not THM's.

and the 22 and 2.4 are the same clutch line, which makes sense as they use the same transmission.

 

I ordered a stock line from GM for the ION redlines. They are unique to the vehicle... AFAIK they will only fit the redline. The OEM hose was about $45, so I would assume the F23 hose would be similar in price in case anyone wants to bite the bullet like I did.

Hopefully I am not the only one that wants an ION redline hose... Just putting it out there for anyone that might be interested if they can duplicate the line.

Also for anyone looking for a hose to be sent out without waiting for the line to be made (have it in hand, will be sent out the next day, or same day depending) please PM me or check the classifieds section for my ad. I have no need for the SS line.

 

just everyone knows- THMotorsports is no longer selling ss brake lines or this custom clutch line the offered- its really concerning that they do not offer these items but left alll of these open threads- i was counting on that clutch line- i am not happy that they wont even give up thier supplier or offer to make a special order request-

thier excuse- "thier is no market for ss brakes lines or clutch lines for the cobalt" ???? WTF

What are you talking about? I just ordered a clutch line for my 10 TC 2 weeks ago. I'm out on the road so finally got to open it. Can't wait to put it on. Looks to be a simple install once I have time to do it.

no doesnt replace that, it replaces the plastic line that is outside of the transmission, that pic is of the clutch pipe that is inside the transmission, there isnt a proper replacement for that
