Gosh I've been following this since July and this is sad to watch. I wish this would have worked out for everyone, especially ED.

See all that g5 guys were bitching about not getting them now all u negros can get them before the balts so get them... And for the group buyers I would be upset aswell but they will do the right thing to get everybody happy again that people will be getting these trunks so extreme pull some strings and get people working to get this good because that g5 trunk looks mighty fine to me. But I like the Balt lights .... Wanna be soon buyer by spring time 
On a positive note...the wing (the important part) looks great! It's freezing and snowy and icy out anyways and I wouldn't be putting it on 'til spring so I'm in no rush and will gladly wait for the Cobalt version. I do feel terribly bad for the folks that live in nicer climates and am curious to see how quickly this will get resolved. I feel sad

Ok so as you guys know I have worked my butt off on trying to get all these trunks in at once to make everyone happy. Most of you are also aware that I make it my number one priority to keep my word to you guys because I expect you to keep your word to me. I do practice what I preach. I feel as if these trunks have been cursed, but I am in the process of contacting a witch doctor to to remove all negativity that the trunk has been going through.. sorry I figured I'd put a little humor in here.
Now, I've been informed that our facility overseas is on vacation for Chinese New Year. The people out there have worked there but off to meet this deadline and much like a lot of people on here, they deserve a break too. They are expected to return to the facility at the end of the month, or February 1st. We have already sent an email to our partner overseas and we are just waiting for a response, which will probably also happen around the same time frame the employees come back. The trunk will be fixed and sent out to those who still wish to make the purchase.
What are your options?
a) I will be more then happy to refund you your deposit. This works for those who were selling there trunks to someone else or for those who just didn't want the trunk anymore for xyz reason.
b) If you decide you are okay with waiting, I will be more then happy to mark the trunk down a little bit more. I have already maxed out our discount on this item, but I've gone to the head of the ED to get you an additional discount. Remember I work for you guys, not the company. They hired me to keep you happy. It takes them 1 day to make 1 trunk, so 30 trunks will take about a month. Then we have to wait for our next container leaving the port. Ocean freight takes about 45 days. So right there its 2 1/2 months. That is if everything runs as perfect as planned. Which we've noticed didn't happen this time around. I would estimate 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 months. Now with the discount you will also receive a small gift, whether its a poster, decals, lanyards, or all of the above. I know its not much but its something. Now for the discount:
16+ Price: $587.40 for Carbon Creations after an additional discount you will be looking at: $547.45 for Carbon Creations.
c) For those that want the G5 trunk, I am going to be asking one of our employees here to bring in his gf's Cobalt so I can test fit the trunk before I send it out. If you are interested in swapping the Cobalt version to the G5 version that we received let me know via PM.

Ok before I make a decision, I have one question. If we take tHe refund, can we give our spot in the gb to someone else? Because I'd like to get a refund, but if it means bpacak, or somebody else who wants it, can't get the better rate I'll just wait for a new one.

Not at all, I only need a PM if you want a refund or you want the G5 trunk.
I have no problem giving you the refund Tommy. I just can't have anyone take over the spot. Even if we go under 16 buyers, I will still honor this price for the people on the list.
