ZZP header/DP GB closed! Final payment instructions on page 1

Stainless pricing is on the web site. Paypal address is Zooomer@aol.com. Make sure you use 3 “o”s in Zooomer. Deposits must be received by the 31th and that will determine discount level. Stainless material has to be ordered for the headers, flanges have to get cut and headers built. We’ll make em out of 16 gauge and they will ship once completed but they will take longer than the other orders.

In the comment section of the PP payment please let me know which setup you are buying and if you want the 3” catback as well. Also try and keep page 1 updated with what people are buying and if they have made deposit.

Order can be modified at just about any time until final payment which must be made by June 30. There is no provision for a non payment excuse, so deposit will be forfitted and order cancelled if final payment is not made by June 30.

3" catback 25% off for people in GB (just the catback)

-------------------------
The group buy closes at midnight May 31st. If you send me an email asking to get in 1 second after that time, I will not respond.
If you ask for a deposit refund, I will not respond, the rules are spelled clearly.
You have a full month to pay for your purchase. If you don't pay by the end of June, you lose out on the $25. If you try and pay 1 second after the deadline, I will refund your payment and you will lose your $25 deposit with no further explanation given. I will not reply to emails giving excuses or telling me about what a great customer you are. Putting together group buys takes a lot of work and effort. Parts are ordered and built based on deposits. Consider your $25 lost if you don't pay by the end of the month a partial reimbursement for our efforts and labor.
-------------------------------
Prepaid return labels for the $50 cat coupon cannot be sent to Canada.
The first 10 people:
1. GreenPurgatory
2. DVSk8er
3. yellowltcoupe22
4. Joeyavhu
5. dvscobaltSS
6. LamboW9
7. bamaarmyman19
8. Altiery54
9. stavros
10. bodychecker628

These people were very instumental in getting this kicked off. GreenPurgatory can have 25% off of any other single item in our Cobalt store. DVSk8er can have 20%, yellowltcoupe22 can have 15% and the other 7 guys can have 10%. This cannot be combined with any other discounts (except cat coupons or gift certificates). This extra discount item must be placed along with the header order. There is no obligation to purchase an additional item.
----------------------
Painted headers will ship first. Shipments should start at the end of next week.
Ceramics will ship a week after that.
Stainless headers will ship in July and I will update once I have a prototype completed. Then I'll know final ship date and such.
---------------------------------------------
June 2 -Final payment instructions:
Add the setup that you want to your cart on our site and proceed to checkout for a shipping total. You cannot select 'flat rate envelope' because we can't fit this product into an envelope!
There is no discount on the shipping.
Take the total price of the product and subtract your 25%, then subtract the $25 deposit and add your shipping amount. If you need other products, add the total of those items (no discount except for first 10 people). Then send your paypal to Zooomer@aol.com and include ALL of the order details AND the original transaction ID for the deposit so I can look that up. You paypal should look something like this:

Payment Details

Amount: $471.05 USD

Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Note: Please send 3 Gauge pod Pillar ($50 Payment included)

1 3/4 inch high temp paint (+ $20.00)
Magnaflow cat (+ $50.00)
Mild steel downpipe
2.5 inch downpipe,bolt in
Add extra O2 bung for wideband (+ $15.00)
I'm keeping my stock downpipe
Shipped Via USPS Priority Mail International

$369.99(Base Price) + $85.00(Options) = $454.99
$454.99 - 25%(Discount) = $341.24
$341.24 - $25 (Deposit) = $316.24
$316.24 + $104.80 (Shipping) = $421.04
$421.04 + $50.00 (Triple Gauge Pod) = $471.04 Total

----------------Please do not email me and ask for help, there are many people here than can assist you. Please don't ask if you can get in on the group buy if you missed out. YOU CAN'T!!! Please do not break any of the rules. If you want a ZZP sticker, include the color you want in the comments. Please don't PM me or email and ask questions about what combo is best or how it will sound or anything that can be answered by others on the forums. The only reason I can offer this steep of discount is with your help in keeping costs low and the transactions smooth. To date this is the best GB we've ever done and I hope it stays that way so we can do more in the future.

I'm going to repost this here in hopes I'll get a quicker response...

What's the different between the 1.5, 1 3/4, and 1.75 (which is 3/4 but is listed as a 1.75 for some reason) and which do you recommend for use with the ZZP exhaust system? In addition, why is there a catback option in the header/DP combo? I thought that was dealing with the exhaust...

Sorry for the noobish questions. Any help would be appreciated so I can join in on the great deal

the sizes are different sized primary piping for the header.
for an ss/sc just go with 1.75 (1 3/4) the other sizes benefit the 2.2 and 2.4 engines.

the catback is just added as a bonus for those who want a catback and are involved in the group buy.
IMO 3 inch is to big for most peoples application, but its a good deal for those who are extremely heavily modded.

I have had the ZZP header combo from the first group buy, and am very satisifed with it.

So will the 3" have any detrimental effects to a car that isn't extremely modded (yet...)? I'm looking at the combo/exhaust/CAI and maybe some meth by the end of summer (i'm debating on turbo or a smaller pulley for the future, not sure which yet)

If your thinking turbo or smaller pulley I would say, you might want to jump on it now.

I realize that it'll be beneficial if I get around to upgrading the SC or going to turbo but, like I said, I'm not 100% it's going to happen. I want to jump in now but I don't want it to have any negative effects if I decide later I don't want the SC upgrade or Turbo (expensive mods as you know)

if your not making enough exhaust to warrant a 3 inch pipe, you will lose a significant amount of low/mid range torque.

at what point a 3 inch becomes beneficial is hotly debated, and i dont want to clutter zzps thread up with that

Glad to see a post in the GB section. I am on the iPhone now, so when I get home I will update the sig. Let's keep on promoting this. Hit that 30 mark.

Yeah, that is what made me ask Zooomer for stainless, I thought the whole set-up was already stainless.

It seems this was an isolated case, nobody else has reported this. Did you get a hold of the ceramic coating company?

thats like saying you get a valve cover from a friend who asks you to polish it...you take it to a place to polish it...you give it back and he pays you for it...a few months later it rusts an won't polish right....he comes to you...do you say i'll take it back to this guy that i had polish it for you or do you tell them that this is the company that polished it feel free to take the problem up with them?.....i'm goin with option 2

negative. if a company is selling a product, they are saying that it's theirs and they are backing it.. correct? yes. ok, so its up to that provider to take 'responsibility' for 'their' product. and yes option 1 is right choice. responsibility my friend, you probably dont know what that is... on my scale, but it exists
