ZZP mid length header/DP combo & optional 3" catback
Hell of a turn around if you ask me. But I will be paying for mine near the end of the month also.
nice catch shadowfaxx....Berto you can expect to recieve whatever money you paid zoomer to be returned to you because you didnt get in before the deposit deadline....therefore you cannot participate in this GB

is it the end of the month yet? i want to see those S.S. headers
still clearing out large chunks of my C.C. before I pay
oh, and i plan on going 2.8", 60# injectors, tune, ect ect... should i get a wideband for that? or do i only need a wideband for more aggressive tuning? (taking my car to someone to tune BTW...)

then no you don't need wideband but i would at least get a narrow band so you kno if your running rich or lean or stoich....i jus bought the zzp stage 3 an i already wanna upgrade to the 60's as well

Wideband is another monitoring tool.
Without the interceptor people can't see the IAT2 temps and as such people have blown thier engines as they were unaware thier IAT2's we're two high.
Wideband is the same thing. Perhaps something goes wrong with the car?
No cel comes on, Then car feels the same, No warning and then you blew piston #4 because the car was running to lean.
Had you had a wideband earlier you might of caught that your car was getting real lean during runs and looked into saving you the expense of fixing your engine.
Even if the car gets tuned by the best guy in the world (Jermey Formato - Fast Prom / imo) if the car gets and issue (injectors go bad, meth stops working, fuel pump getting ready to die) these are faliures on the car mechanical wise. No tune can anticapate faliures of the system. That's why stock tunes are crappy (rich afr, low timing, other stupid stuff) it's so when the car has a faliure it's less likely to be catastrophic. While us tuners remove the failure prevention measure systems. (Leaning the car out, more timing, removing Gm's stupid stuff
)
The more things you can monitor about your car the better the chance to catch problems wheter your a tuner or not.

Gonna have to diagree with you Lambo,
Narrow band is for crusing around to make sure your afr (at crusing and idle is 14.69 / 14.7) but WOT runs the AFR goes into the 10,11,12 range which narrowband can not read. I gurantee no one has blown an engine just crusing around at narrowband afr's. I mean hell some people change the 14.7 to a 15.4 to get better gas mileage and this is realy lean and with the right tune haven't had problems. The problem comes from high rpm runs where the gas needs to be there and to lean means your engine rod flies out you hood.
Narrowband gauges are for show, wideband gauges are for go.
Dosen't matter wheter your a tuner or not. You see real lean afr during a pull you know it can get off it and take to your tuner so you guys can figure out the problem. Any time you change the stock tune you should be watching wideband afrs.
Plus wideband does narrowband to so idk.
It's personal preference I'd just rather be safe than sorry.

hmm...i didnt kno some of those things but all i kno is i'm rich as hell according to my exhaust fumes when i get on it an my narrow band gauge when i'm jus touching the gas shows me one bar rich then when i give it a little gas i'm at max rich so i think zzp's tune was very conservative..i got the extra o2 bung an plug anyway so i may have to switch to wideband eventually...however money for that is still an issue..lol....and an aeroforce gauge will give me my IAT2 temps?

generally the can tunes are conservative as zzp's is an gm's....so you should be safe if you wanna get a stage kit...he's saying that you should get one to act as an overall monitor so if anything becomes defective you'll see it before it causes massive damage
yea i'm not buying any staged kits. i have to find one that "fits my needs" so to speak. instead, i'm talking to fast98 about ordering everything through his shop, taking the car to him, installing, tuning.
my goal is, with the full ZZ exhaust, RAW 3" intake, and the goodies from fast98 to hit 270whp... and then save up for the twin charge kit after it's been installed, tested, and ran for awhile.

Hah, alright guys im back, and now that I found this link, I know whats going on. Time to figure out how much I gotta pay and get this **** movin, I cant wait to get this thing put on.... Itll be a nice 4th of July gift to myself for putting up with all the deployments Ive been on for Uncle Sam... Oh well I love my job, lol..
elecblue wat is that?...don't you still have to get a wideband sensor to have wideband or does your interceptor hook up to a sensor?...fill be in cuz i wanna get both wideband an a aeroforce gauge so if i can combine the two for cheaper then it sounds like a plan
