ZZP mid length header/DP combo & optional 3" catback
So, has anyone heard from ZZP lately? I've emailed them a couple times asking for an update on the 3" stainless headers. Got one response saying they'd post up an update, but that was well over a week ago.
I'm less than thrilled. Their phone's been busy, so I'm emailing in the hopes that someone can give me an update. Another company is considering making a run of headers, and can do it much faster from the sounds of it.

My apologies for not replying sooner. I just got back from a vacation in CA today. I had planned on giving some updates before I left but got too busy to get into anything meaningful.
All of the steel and coated headers buys should have shipped. Only the stainless units are being waiting on and production is taking longer than I anticipated by a long shot. I can sub in a ceramic unit or you can wait, or I can refund. I should have a better update on exact time very soon.

I'll wait to hear about the dates before I make a decision. I have a full header to tip setup on order, but if it's going to take a crazy long time, I'd rather just have the money back. Thanks for getting back to us.
I am not sure there are cosmetic changes, unless you mean, differences in the exterior only. In any case, ceramic can hold up to rust but not indefinitely. Stainless on the other hand, can hold up indefinitely. Ceramic offers lower temps, etc.
hm... now i'm beginning to worry. i can't get through to them in the shop, zooomer wont respond to e-mail or PMs, and i'm supposed to pick up the full stainless steel exhaust system tomorrow. i guess there's problems with it, but i don't know if mine will be done or not... and it's a 2 hour drive....
Keep trying it takes forever to get thru on the phone. I just talked to them a moment ago. Hopefully Zooomer will email me some info as I payed on the 25th of June and have yet to hear word.
Not dissing the company as they're great and I'm always treated great when I call but dang man I'm glad I didn't need this on quick.

My apologies to those who have been patiently waiting. I don't have an update and won't bore you with the problems on our end. This project was supposed to be simple but has been a little more involved than expected. If you don't want to wait, please email customer service and change your order or ask for a refund. I can't offer any further discounts as we're already rock bottom. I can do a discount on other items if you are waiting a long time. Thanks for understanding and please take it easy on the PMs as they are not the best way to get a hold of me.
