ABS help.

Ok so im getting rid of the redline and i swapped my struts and rotors and pads with a buddy up here and now I have an ABS light.

What could we have done that fucked up my ABS

The 2 front sensors look to be intact and plugged in fine.

Is there anything with the rear rotors that could have been fucked up?

Did you disconnect any of the brake lines?

Not to my knowledge. Only thing that we "disconnected" was the sensor in the front which both are intact and fine.

What is also confusing me is that last night the whole way home which was about and hour drive the ABS light never came on.

Yea could be dirty sensors. You could try disconnecting the battery to see if it goes away lol.

I am not even sure where the damn sensors are off the top of my head lol.

They are held on by the bracket that comes off when you take out the bolts to remove the strut and crap.

oh ok. well i would check the sensors first and if cleaning them doesn't help disconnect the negative on the battery for a few minutes and see if it goes away

you can't clean the sensors. Did you have the ignition on when you swaped the suspension and disconnected the sensor harness? if that is the case the computer has allready seen the sensors are ok and the light wont come back on.

If it took an hour for the light to come on its likely a coincedence or youve got a harness pinched. Wheel speed codes are usually instant faults.
