BC Coil noise
BC Coil noise
Hey,
I've has my BC Coilovers for about a month now and for the first two or three weeks everything was great and recently they are sounding really bad. Basically it is a clanking or knocking noise and I cant figure out why it is making the noise. It is for sure the suspension but I cant figure out how to make it stop.
Any opinions?
Thanks,
Matt

Damn lol, I have BC Coilovers as well and have a "clunking" noise coming from the passenger side. I was reading on the forums and people noted that the noise could be coming from the bushings of the control arms or endlinks... I looked at my endlinks and they look fine.
I was going to try some new bushings from Powell but that's down the road... For now I have been just ignoring the noise haha.
These are what my endlinks look like, I don't even know how to tell if/when endlinks go bad -_-?

just did a quick Youtube search and the method is as you described dwarrick
Here's a link if the OP wants to try it..
car end links - YouTube
I will give this a try maybe in a week or two.. but how feasible is it for endlinks to go bad within months?
