I've bled the brakes 3 times, and got them vacuum bled today and confirmed no air in the lines. Pedal still feels like crap...

Being that my esc doesent work, in order for me to drive I have to turn it off if I don't soon as I get over 10mph abs kicks on and says "ESC ACTIVE" I have to go to the dealer to get this fixed. I'm getting sick of throwing parts and pulling my hair out trying to get these famous brembo brakes to work better than my grandmas Oldsmobile.

I think this is exactly what's causing this problem.

My brakes feel inferior to my last SS (2007). I changed pads and rotors all around and they feel a bit better but still will do almost the same thing, but not as bad. They sometimes feel really firm and great and sometimes a bit more squishy, but never to where I feel unsafe. Car will stop fine, just not as fast as my last car with regular calipers.

The parking brake would also change in where it would need to be pulled to. Started at 10 clicks then went to 4 and then to 8.

Then i greased the **** out of the rear calipers and reset them, and now the pedal feels much better since and the parking brake goes to 7 clicks. Car will now stop almost as fast as my last car but it definitely takes more force on the pedal to do so.

i'm putting all of my poker chips on VSS. One is reading more than 10% different than the one opposite it and making the ESC think a tire is spinning. That it hits in right at 10 mph is yet another clue.

Get a TechII on it, get the EBCM codes read, get the VSS output read.

Never thought that it could mess with the feeling of the brake pedal though. I guess it's all tied in somehow huh.

I have the same issue. It seems vacuum related to me...

That thought crossed my mind, but I could find no indication of a vacuum leak anywhere.

Ya see I thought vacuum at some points too.. BeCause if I wind out second gear sometimes and let it cruis down or press the brakes while it's revved high sometimes they will feel real firm for a second. But it just don't make any sense to me at all.

Could anyone second this or maybe some explanation? Or maybe it's in my head lol.

So I recalibrate my rear brakes today.. And surprisingly it made a big improvement in my brakes. They were rock hard pulling out of my driveway on the first stop.

As I drove around they felt good but definitely not 100% still squishy but the brake actually bit! But still seemed a little squishy

Now if I did this a few more times, could this fix my pedal feel and fix my issue? ..
