They must be kickass because in a panic stop (damn deer) they must of overpowered my tires as ABS kicked in right at 60mph. That or the all season Kumho Ecsta ASX 225/40/18 that I have on just suck at getting traction when braking.

 

lol i had those tires as my second set of tires on my 09...im now on my third set, i chose to go with a different tire...

 

Yea, i dont see myself going with these tires again. Just having the GMS1 kit on I seem to break traction often. Time to go back to summer tires.

 

Yeah these cars stop well. Even the brakes on the LSJ/2.4 are good.

 

I can vouch for the 2.4 having owned one. They are good two. My only gripe with the brembos is they suck in the rain. the 2.4 brakes worked great no matter the weather.

 

2.4/LSJ brakes are the same.

 

A TC has a braking distance around the same as other cars with standard floating calipers. The advantage of the Brembos and pads on the TC come into play after repeated hard braking.
