Question Bump stops- Cut?

Im on a few Cobalt forums and asked this question to 2 different ones besides this.
I just installed Eibach Sportlines on my 2.2.
Should I cut the bump stops?
I know on the manual it says to, but Ive read 50-50 answers on here and everywhere else.

Thanks.

To snip or not to snip, that is the question.

It's not what you see/feel...it's how much they travel resulting in how fast they wear out as it was stated before. You won't notice a difference (except for the occasional big bump where you hit the bump stops).

I too recommend to buy struts/shocks and springs at the same time...that way you can install the springs on the struts and it makes swapping out the old and new much quicker and easier....I didn't do this, now I will have to pull everything apart when I do upgrade.

yeah is a lil more money up front but they are and upgrade, and if you do them at the same time you save time and money depending if you put them im your self or not, and they will last longer than your stockers, and if you do koni's they have a life time warranty for being rebuilt, thats a win win in my book

You won't feel a difference unless you go over something big, and in that case it keeps the strut from bottoming out.

Of course you won't feel it.

Can you feel the wear of anything else really?
