Cheap lowering other than heated springs or cut springs

I know this isnt the best way to lower anything but I was wondering if anyone has tried these and what the results are and if they would be worth using to lower my cobalt a couple inches http://www.sfxperformance.com/catalo...mps/page_1.htm Ive got a set thats been sitting around for awhile that I never used and they fit the coils perfectly I just dont know if there would be any bad results to them. Thanks alot guys.

What is the best way to place them? Like do you do it twice per coil and do them in the exact same places and crank them down as far as u want the drop to be? Would it be sufficient for just two inches or so? Thanks alot

bump...any insight thanks.

This would only be until I get some springs which might be a few months or so,Im sure they are pretty safe because they actually bolt over the springs so they wont slip out or anything,Im just not sure how it will ride.

This is a horrible idea. You will weaken the spring fir one. Two, u willnot be able to control the heat that well. You will evenly wreck the spring. Got it? Your just asking for trouble man. Stop being impatient and save your money. Do it right the first time...
