Cobalt SS/SC Coilover Kits

Hey there,

I've been doing alot of looking around and i'm looking for a good coilover kit for an 06 ss/sc. I'm not really interested in mixing and matching, just want to get a kit with everything in it, have someone put it on and be done with it. I've heard bad things about Megan Racing and KW and not a whole lot of infor on the rest. Does anyone know of a complete coilover kit that isnt sh**?

I had the Megans on my car for 2+ years and I LOVED them. Never had a single issue with them. I really regret getting rid of them. I highly recommend them.

Did you use them all year and did they see snow and salt?

KW is actually some of the best stuff out there. If you can afford it I would get that. Stance/HSD is also really good, you cant go wrong with a set of those. It depends on how much you want to spend though as both of those are around the 1200 mark. Purely performance wise Pedders Coilovers are decent too, but they are 1400.

I rode in a friends tc with pedder coil overs and the street bar, By far the most controlled/comfy set up I have ever been in as far as a balt goes.

Alright last question lol, were they loud or really rough in cold weather? They seemed to handle the temp changes well and everything? I might have to look at getting a set. I rode in a car with Megan and I really liked how it felt, I just didnt know how reliable they are.
