I'm really looking forward to the Tokico's if it really comes with that upper mount!

GroundControl and Eibach are the best springs in the industry, not just for Balt's. So pick one of the two for the spring setup. GroundControl has more adjustability than Eibach, since they are sleeves and not just springs, so consider that before purchasing...

It's Brandon97z. Hey bro are these going to be available for the ss/sc?
Does anyone know if the cobalt-addiction coilovers are B+G yet?
And an update about the KW Variant 1 or 2?
Just want to know. Looking heavy into coilovers and I don't know to wait it out till April or not...

but theTokico look promising depending on the price.
but as was stated above, be carefull not to buy a Race coilover, you'll hate driving your car o the streets.
I tested various springs of different rates and sizes for the JBP coilovers.
jbp will offer a set of race springs as well as a set of street/track springs.
the race spring were increadable interms of handeling, but the car felt like it had little to no give, so street driving broke my hart hearing the car bang round because of the road.

I also lowered the front down to tuck the front and lowered the rear all the way down. It looks good but turning is a bitch haha so its raised back to where i had it before. You can get 1 finger between the tire and fender. And i absolutely love them. Def recommend them to anyone looking for daily driving and adjustability.

Hopefully we will have some more options available for suspension in the near future. However since my last post the KW have been selling exceptionally well. We have sold a lot of them lately and had nothing but good feedback on them.
When you add the Lifetime Warranty, ability to revalve and rebuild the internals, optional springs with higher and lower rates, optional adjustable camber plates, and optional electronic damping controller capability, you can see why we chose to back the B+G program for the Cobalt, Ion, Solstice, Sky, GTO and few other new models coming from GM over the next 20 months!
I hope this helps.
There are two types of coilover systems:
1. Sleeve type
2. Full Coilover
A Sleeve system( such as the ground control coilovers sleeve setups) are meant to be put onto aftermarket struts (such as Konis)
A full coilover system is something like the KW Coilovers or B&G. Those have a strut built into their system.
In conclusion, if you buy a B&G or KW variant setup, you don't need aftermarket struts. If you buy GroundControl coilovers (roughly $399 I highly recommend them + Konis $500ish I highly recommend a KONI setup) you will be all set. I had these on my old car, they were amazing and lasted over 100k miles in hard driving.

Question for the Gravana guy
Is that a picture of the actual B+G setup for the Cobalt. The reason I ask is because those actually look like they would fit (I'm talking about the rears here). A lot of the other pictures seem to show a coil-over-strut for the rears, which I don't understand how that fits on there.
I guess this question goes to the TTR person too in relation to the KW setup. How on earth do those struts fit on the rear?

I have been on the Gravana Presale list for the B+G shocks since Dec 29th 2006. Since their have been two delays and not solid end in site I have looked at the Ksport as they appears to offer a simular product with fully threaded shock bodies.
I exchanged a few emails with Ksport. They are already producing coilover and they should be listed on there site around July 1st 2007.
They sent me a picture of the finished product for the cobalt, these aren't generic photos.
