E-brake problem

E-brake problem
So I'm doing a rear axle swap on my 07 lt, it's all in and set but I had to get new ebrake cables. The driver side went in fine and the ebrake pulls up but when I put the passenger side in, the lever doesn't pull up and it's locked down. Any help on the matter?
