eclispse vs cobalt in handleing

So my buddy has an eclipse gts (2005) dropped on sportlines and out handles my car like nothing. If i were to get the pro kit (i dont want to drop to low because i want to keep stock struts) would i be on par with him or possibly better. Or because of how low his car is and how a cobalt is more of a bubble he would still out handle me

Just go with sportlines. Your stock struts will be fine just don't cut your bump stops. Also order some other suspension goodies from OTTP and you will be set.

OTTP.

Time Attack rear bar, Sportlines, better tires.

Is it a 3rd or 4th gen Eclipse? didnt 2005 have both body styles?

Regardless, the only thing he should have on you is tire size, and springs.

My buddy has a 1998 Eclipse GST Turbo dropped on Tein springs, and for one, that thing is ******* SLAMMED. Two, it out-handles my car on Sportlines, no problem.
