It's your cars but this is my take on whats going on.
Are the Prolines going to put a severe hurting on the struts as well?

I agree. When I get the prokit I plan on also installing aftermarket struts (if they're released) or going with the SS/SC struts. I doubt the Prokit is enough of a drop to cause major issues, but I'd rather invest some extra money than have larger problems down the line.

It's going to wear the struts much faster cause you're giving your stock struts less room to absorb.

It depends on how much the roll center dropped campared to the center of gravity. There is no way I'd be able to make a judgement without measurement. I'm still trying to find the info on HOW to measure it though. But as soon as I do I'll post.

Myth Busters could probably find out! Suspension and handling is a pretty complicated science. There are lots of opinions by many people that don't really understand how it all works. Race car handling is not the same as street car handling. I would say (just my un-educated opinion) don't go too extreme with anything and everything should be fine.

i just dont wanna go with the pro kit then be dissapointed and find out the sportline kit does actually handle better, maybe ill have to go straight to eibach but even then they might just tell me to go sportline since that would benefit them more

Why? They both are the same price.

Just remember that the sportlines give you a much lower drop and that the lower doesn't always mean the better as far as handling, especially if you don't have an absorbing setup to handle that height.

Looks to be about an inch of drop. Looks great!

I would personally love to drop one about 2.5" with coilovers but that would stress other components.

I plan to do the same but am undecided on prokit or sportlines. Do you have a body kit? I would like to see some pics of your car. I also want to get the SS/NA body kit. I don't like the goddy stuff they have for this car.

I can't imagine that the suspensions between you guys and the j-bodies are much different as far as height and clearance. In that case, I had sportlines and a body kit on my sunfire and as long as you get good struts/shocks, you should be fine as far as bumps and not bottoming out but you need to enter becareful of driveways and things like that...you'll see yourself entering at an angle all the time to make sure you don't scratch your kit.

Here are some pictures:

You can see the clearance as far as the ground goes and the space between the tire and fender.

Wheel gap is actually larger than a stock hyundai elantra haha. I love the new springs. Going from k sport to pro kit is night and day as far as handling and driver confidence go. Now she just needs to hopefully settle a little bit...

Totally worth it. I am good with the wheel gap and it will settle a bit but not much. Looking to go with 205/55/r17 to close the gap a bit more. If it really bothered me and I were wealthy I would upgrade to 18" wheels. In my old age I have realized wheel gap is not everything but my car stock height was monster truck status.
