will i need to get my fenders pulled and rolled if i put 18x9.5 +30 offset with 235/40/18 tires? Will i rub?

I think you mean flaring. The stock TC fenders are rolled.

 

are they? thats sorta nice. lol its almost like for the tc they did all fo the **** they shoulda done on the sc. my first set of wider tires rolled my sc fenders for me but my car is heavy as **** so cant really take me as an example.

Well, flaring the fenders would probably require a repaint of them, since the paint would likely crack. I'm pretty sure the TC fenders and quarter panels are already well rolled. They aren't flat, but they are rolled. Unrolled fenders have something like a 60 degree angle on the sheet metal. I seem to recall that on my TC, sheet metal is almost U shaped.

edit: I checked my car today. The rears are well rolled, but not flat. The fronts could stand to be rolled more, but the edge is angled up, so it shouldn't cut into the tire, unlike on some other cars.
