which h&r lowers the ss more????

which h&r lowers the ss more????

the h&r race springs or the h&r specifically made for the ss?

the dark blue ones, i beleive its the sport springs, they have sport and race, deff do not get the red ones, ihave the dark blue ones and my car is HAMMERED, i like the ride its amazing, the part numbers are on the springs

yours is the ss 2.4, there diff on the ss/sc i beleive, because the dark blue ones drop less than the red ones and my cars lower than yours, i highly do not recommend the red ones for ss/sc

so if the ones made for the ss/sc lower the same as the race ones, i assume the non race ones ride better and it lowers the same?

the main difference is the spring rate between the two. I am not 100% on the amount of drop though. the website says 2.0''-1.6'' for the reds and 1.5''-1.4'' for the blues

dammit!!!! i have the dark blue one's and my rear end is riding stock height

it will not go down even close to the pictured cobalt

i'm pissed and will go snap a quick photo

well this is my ss/sc with the dark blue ones, and trunk is empty


i love the ride, its a lil bouncy but handles very nice, and i love the stance of the car

whao the rear is hiiii, are the springs facing the right way in the back?, my rear is exactly like my front there is no wheel gap, like half a finger

exactly... there is at least a 3 finger gap on mine... i thought the springs were in upside down but i had someone check and they are good. what do you mean facing the right way? lol

Wow how mis informed u are... If u took a base LS, LT, ss/na, ss/sc and ss/tc and put the same spring on all the cars, the ride height would be exactly the same, only difference would be the body kit making the sc and tc look lower, but the ground to fender clearance will be the same.... Just saying

Check your rear springs. Should have .2 at the end for the ss/SC. If not its the non SC model
