H&R's Safe?

I will be installing my H&R Race Springs this weekend along with FE5 Struts/Shocks...Question is will it be safe to run my 225/40/18 tires on this drop without modification? or will I rub? Thanks for the help.

Do they drop lower than sportlines..?

I'm on sportlines and the ss/tc struts/shocks and have zero rubbing issues with 225/40-18 tires.

You will not rub. Sports are lower than the Race springs.

you should read up before you buy. the race springs are ment to give you a raked look to "help with drag launches" do i personally think it will? no. the h&r sports would have been better for you. heres a pic of my ss on them.

something you should ask yourself......do you want handling or do you just want drop? i see your on fe5 struts.......pedders springs would be the way to go and all honesty....no im not a pedders not hugger like others on here but i believe in proven results. the fe5 struts are made by a great company that can pretty much outdo all the lowering spring companies to begin with and then combined with a higher rate spring...it does wounders.

if you just want drop i recommend the h&r sports. the ride sucks on the lnf struts. ask me how i know.....heres my car on them. i would never put eibachs on my car. ive never liked the company with previous cars ive owned so this car was no different.

the only way to stay pretty safe and get low is to spend the cash and get hsd stand or bc coilovers. not some cheap brand like megan or ksport. heres mine again but on stances. they arent dropped allthe way either.

theres a compromise when it comes to having handling and getting super low. its all where you draw the line for yourself and how low you want it or how great you want it to handle.
