How does this sound? Suspension Gurus look here!!

Towards the start of next spring, I'm looking to upgrade the suspension of my base model G5 I'm looking at,

OTTP Street Bar
Pedders Coilovers

Question is about the front sway bar. Should I upgrade it? If I do what should I upgrade to, and if I upgrade the front do I need to step up the the Hardcore bar, to prevent understeer again?

Yeah pretty much. Just go with that. Its mainly up to you on how you want the stiffness to be street/track. Ive read on another thread that running the wrong bar might have the front or back wheels up in the air. If I find that thread Ill post it up.
But the majority of the members say go with the SS front bar and you'll be fine.

Sounds like

SS/TC Front bar (Its cheap too)
OTTP Hardcore Rear Bar
Megan Coilovers
-and the little things like, bushings, rack spacers, and endlinks.

Just need a decent 18x8 wheel/tire combo and I'll be set

I am just a little unsure about coilover choice.

Ive yet to find or be provided any evidence why one set of $1000ish coilovers is superior to any other. Honestly, If I were to buy coilovers today, it would be Megans or Stance. That said, I havent bought either, Im on my second set of LNF shocks and struts(I put a lot of miles on them and they are cheap enough to replace now and again) with Pedders springs and its highly unlikely Ill switch unless someone lets me test a set.

The FE5 SS front bar is nice upgrade, you can go with the TC version but its more expensive and not any stiffer, very few people would ever notice the difference between the SC and the TC bar. Ive got both, used both, and I can tell you theres no significant difference outside of a track with prepared surface. Slippery roads, and all season tires will blur the two bars to the point you wont be able to tell them apart.(imo) Ive got the TC bar sitting in my garage and while I know its "better" I cant even get the energy to install it. I wouldnt pay for it unless you had competition planned.
