most peopel say that the rears are really easy and take about 45 mins and yes you WILL need a spring compressor. they say that the front is really difficult however so irdk.

Well depending on what tools you have depends on how long it will take. It took me and my friend about 45minutes to do all 4. Due to the fact there was 2 of us, a lift, air tools and a wall mount spring compressor. But my previous car i didnt have all of that and it took a couple hours to do. Not a very hard installation at all. but yes the rears are much easier than than the fronts

^ there are no adjustments....just replacing the springs. Besides aligning if your car needs an alignment (mine didnt) and dont forget to cut them bump stops!

So far I haven't seen a good write up on this mod, a good write up should include plenty of pics also for the first timer. I tell you what, I'm interested in helping someone do this mod and doing a good write at the same time, so pack you bags and head north and we'll get it done.

There's a pretty good write up on here somehwere just got search for it. For me installation took 2 hours and thats from when I pulled into my garage to when I pulled out. Rear took no joke maybe 20 minutes. Used hand tools for the rear and air gun for the fronts.

A good write up would be a great addition to this forum, for those who are unsure about what it will take to do this mod it might be a good idea to wait for such a write up.

Off topic some what, Here's what I mean by a good write up ( sorry not a lowering spring install write up ) http://users3.ev1.net/~cnl1/firehawk/subframe/index.htm , that's the kind of write up I'd like to see for the lowering springs.

took me 3 hours to do the whole car. the front is more difficult and it helps if you have a couple extra hands around to help you around.

holy crap, they made bolt on subframe connectors? i had mine welded on in my f-body

in any case, i'd also like to see a really detailed how-to for the springs with tons of pictures. i always get leary using a spring compressor. one slip and the spring just went through your face.

That's one very important part of a good write when it comes to installing springs, as I was quoted in the write up.... Here I would like to add safety is #1 because dead guys can't work on cars.
