Just got Koni struts put in today.

I will post pics tomorrow. they are awsome and i love that i can adjust them myself with just a turn of the wrist. Also, i have eibach sportlines. If you have them and notice noise coming from the rear of the car when going over bumps (kind of like somethings clanking around) its your stock struts. mine did this noise all the time before i put in the Konis. The dealer said that the stock struts in the back couldnt handle the weight, and that the strut bars were too long. so now i have no noise and an awsome ride! that handles so great!

Front and back Koni adjustable springs and install, 950.00 dolllars!

Yes, you will love them, i love how i can change from firmer to softer with the turn of a hand. i cant adjust the back ones, so i had them set em all the way firm. and the front i went from middle, to firm! i love it, and it rides so nice with the eibach sport lines!

Struts dont lower your car...springs to. They can handle H&R's forever.

i got mine from cobaltperformanceparts...expected delivery is tomorrow cant wait man..cant wait...course im still waiting on my sportlines from CA, and im gonna do both at the same time

anyone remember how long it took CA to ship their sportlines? i ordered them on the 6th and still havent got anything...and CA doesnt give tracking numbers for their orders, so i dont even know how much longer itll be

i shot them an email over the weekend and havent got a response yet either...kinda frustrating....im so damn impatient

Is the ride not too shaky like other lowered car?? I'm on the process of getting koni struts (front, back) then eibach sportslines springs for my car too just need some additional feedback thats all

The car isn't shaky at all w/ konis/sportlines. Feels firm and controlled, it really is a very nice ride.

i didnt do the fronts, i had this tire shop do them, they said it was alot of measuring and percise cutting, but its well worth it. you use your stock strut housing and put the koni catridge in! yes u can change the firmness. i like them all the way firm. but with a twist of the wrist they can be softer! whatever u like!

no i was talking about what got answered in the post below this. Sounds like an ass to do. Might still hold out for struts until we get a full replacement.

im having a shop do all my work...i need the bottom half of my signature installed at the same time...found a place thats been my good friends family mechanic for 10 years, n they only charge $65 an hour

all the crap in my sig under "not yet installed" is either in my garage or in transit right now....so once i get all the suspension stuff installed, its going in the same day....im doing the strut bar myself of course, and am considering the springs..but since theyre removing the old struts anyway, i thought they could just throw on the springs while theyre at it

I was amazed how easy this was to do, if you have the right tools. See the how to. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...highlight=koni

Rides better then I could have ever imagined.
