K-sport making clunk sound!?

K-sport making clunk sound!?

I have K sport coilovers and for some reason for the last 7 months they have been making a CLUNK CLUNK sound when i turn the steering wheel do the left and to the right but its only when making slow turns. Would any one know what the problem may be?

faulty install spring hat bearing damaged or top plate misalinged. K sports? good luck. some folks run them no problem pm 06blackG85ss hehas them

you cant hear the clunks coz the baby is screaming the radio is too loud and your wif is mad at you.

same here from the front passenger side. i keep meaing to check if the spring is seated properly.

ya know reading Evoly's post on clunking it could be your cabs so call OTTP and order up some trick spherical all weather cabs....but check the top bearing and while you are at it, replace the drop links for the front arb with Powergrids...another clunk source....

I was going to go with CABs too.... we had to do that to my buddies with K-sports!

Listen old man... I have no clunking issues... :P

Here we go with the CAB bullshit. A few people had them go bad and we know it's a known issue but now every ******* "clunk noise from the suspension" thread, results in a ******* Einstein saying - PMG ITZ UR CABZZZ!@

It's not the CAB's. ******* GTFO.

I think it was death dealer who was asking about k sports, so get stuffed jackass. fix your own car you obviously need no help.
for death dealer, check the top plate bearing shown here it is white, on a TC strut with short T3 GMR springs on an RL top hat.

that it is not damaged broken cracked etc etc and is seated properly in the hat...if it is the strut willnot rotate freely
