So thats what i have and im going to install tomorrow. My question is if that black sleeve goes there? Also on the black bolt and the two washers it seems its the black one then the other one but is that one supposed to be like the second or the third pic? So i guees i can say with the curve going up or going down also i dont see where you placed your clear plastic but that can only go in one place that i can see did you put it in?

Its been a while since i did mine but the top set is supposed to go on the top and the bottom to the bottom. If i remember correctly i did it like the last pic but im not 100% sure. It should say in the instructions though. Black sleeve i used to cover from the koni to the stock piece. Heres a pic of what mine looked like when they were done.

Well im talking about the black nut and those other 2 the ones on the last pic if i put them on i cant get the thread but if i dont use them i can but i just need to get a good grip on the housing because i cant turn and hold the housibg at the same time lol in still in the process of inserting them into the housing

And well my biggest question is if the black washer goes in first into the bolt or the other one goes in first

Yes. Although I have not done the Koni insert on the Balt yet, when I did the Koni's on my Z24 12+ years ago, it was the same. You are basically bottoming the Koni insert inside the stock housing.

Basically used the bolt to draw the insert all the way to the bottom, removed and put washers in place, then torque to spec.

Nice thanks that helps alot. Plus im sure it will help someone else since the koni thread has no pics anymore. Only questions is how to torque the bottom bolt if it uses a hex key or whatever its called
