lnf springs

Would putting stock lnf springs on my 2.4l sedan do anything for me? Just wondering.

They are. But not by much. After reading a little, lnf's are a little lower, but you cant tell a difference. I was going to put lnf's on my lsj, but got tenzo's .

The LNF springs are stiffer I believe.

Over the FE3, they are an improvement on handling, whether they are lower or not, I'm not sure. The question you have to ask yourself is, will you want lower or better handling ones in the future? Because if so, I wouldn't bother.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but nearly much all of the suspension between the LSJ and the LNF was either replaced or revised.

lower control arm on LSJ steel, LNF aluminum. Bigger brakes on LNF. Believe the front sway bar is different. Springs are different, struts are too. Pretty sure the sway bar welded into the rear beam is different also.

Incorrect about arms, FE5 were both aluminum however the two are very slightly different, the LNFs have a larger ball joint, I think by 1 mm. Sway bars for LSJ are 24 front, 22 rear. LNF is much better at 23 front 24 rear. I got very good results from putting the LNF front sway on my LSJ, would love to pick up a rear beam as well.

LNF springs are lower than LSJ by I think 10 mm, don't know exact rates but John has said the LNF rears are progressive which is nice. The LNF dampers were tuned on the Nurburgring with the help of Opel who know how to make fast FWD cars. I think I read somewhere they changed the bump damping compared to the LSJs but the rebound is more or less the same. That said the Koni yellows are awesome for performance, seriously good
