Lowering spring noise

I installed Sportlines a few weeks ago and the install was a nightmare. That's a different story. Now everything has been put back together for a while and I'm having a weird issue with my back right wheel/sping/shock?!??! It makes a light thumping noise, clunks, pop, creak...it's only the back right part that is doing it. I expect the ride the be a little harsh with the car being lowered but all that popping shouldn't be going on.

I'm having the same problem. I have yet to find out the issue. The only thing I've added is spring spacers which only stopped the wheel rub I had on the right side.

Probably the rubber noise isolaters are destroyed, causing noise to travel into the cabin.

Also could be the coils binding on each other, sportlines are notorious for dead coils

Mine has stopped making the noise. So, either something broke or the Cobalt has fixed itself again.....

I just installed B&Gs and I'm getting the same exact problem on the rear right. Just took the wheel off today to see if anything was loose but it's all tight. I lubricated the spring because I heard the clunking may be from the coils hitting eachother but that didn't solve anything. Maybe the back right suspension area is bad on our cars. I can't think of what it would be. It sounds bad and I'm reluctant to drive with it making that noise because it sounds like something is going to break. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
