M2 performance lowering springs

Anyone ever heard of them? I was looking on ebay and came across this:

KYB Struts Shocks Sport lowering Springs Suspension Kit 2006 2010 Chevy Cobalt | eBay

KYB Struts and M2 lowering spring package for $400 shipped

And here's the link to the springs on their page:

Chevrolet Chevy Cobalt 2006-2010 LT / LS / SS Lowering Springs

It says they give a 1.9" drop and the sping rates are 250 front/ 230 rear.

Anyone thing they are worth trying out?

never heard of them. To give an idea of the whole "you get what you pay for" statement.

Megan Springs are $140 or less new, and they ride like ****.

Get SSC springs they are like $225 i think, worth every penny.

Haven't heard of M2 but I've heard of Bonehead Performance, never dealt with them though.

the Eibach sport line lowering springs are not that bad, they have a good ride feel. decently priced too.

I have no problems ride is just little stiffer the stock. the streets around here are in purity good shape. I have driven on gravel roads, they aren't that bad for the price.

ah i see you live in california. In new england, sportlines rust out quick and suck over bumps.

i hated my SPortlines, and they were getting crusty. a few members have had there Sportlines break. My SSC's rode much better and i really had no complaints. i upgraded to YYZ's for auto x reasons, so i would recommend the SSC's for lowering springs.

BTW looks liek the spring rates on the M2's and the Megan's are the same.
