Well I hit the back roads pretty hard from time to time and I'm gonna start autocrossing every chance I get and which shouldn't be too infrequently from now on.
Tell ya what, for all the guys debating on what bar to buy: 1) Go to your car and put 60 psi in the rear tires 2) find a big open parking lot 3) do about 50 mph and start making a smooth but sharp turn 4) snap your foot off the gas Did you... 1) shat a little and stomped the brakes and spun = street bar 2) got back on the gas and corrected = hardcore bar 3) thought it was fun and repeated the process at 70 mph = XXX bar no seriously go do this :twothumbs |

Probably start with the hardcore bar. Your gonna come across situations, especially pushing hard on the street, where your gonna have to brake during cornering. If you don't know what your doing your gonna get yourself in serious trouble.

"XXX(Tripple X) Rear Sway Bar" |
Lol ok I know I am splitting hairs, but I think for standardization purposes we need to call this bar by the correct name, or else in the future people are going to get confused.
Take a look at the pictures, what we are calling the Powell Racing - "XXX" - 1.5" rear sway bar has a sticker on it that says Powell Hardcore Race Parts. Shouldn't we be calling it the Powell Hardcore Bar? |

Yeah they only make v2's for cobalts. I have a set of v3's I bought for my focus. Wish I got to try them before I sold the car. V3's still for sale btw if anyone knows anyone with a focus that wants some great coilovers. ;)

Not true. The v1's are adjusted from the factory. If you aren't competent with suspension setup they would be a great setup. |
haha hes saying most people are not competent with suspension thus they wouldnt be able to adjust them correctly
