new kw v1 coilovers :)

finally got my kw coilovers installed.. i adjusted my front pretty low where my fender is tucking the tire and left the back kind of high.. i can adjust it to be much lower.. i love the way the suspension feels ..my best investment to my car so far.. deff worth the money

Nice coils for sure. Had them on a car of mine in the past. Raise up your ride height some for your sake. Bottoming out on streets is not cool.

I wouldn't be surprised if you are sitting on the bumpstops, and blow the front struts in a few months because they keep bottoming out. Way too low, and awful for handling.

You're probably going to bottom out the shock internals riding that low. If you cut the bumpstop, well, you're really in for some damage and horrible ride.

You'll know if the adjuster on top no longer turns as much as it did when it was new. I think you should get about 2 full turns on a KW.

Additionally, there are a lot of other reasons why the suspension can't go that low without causing bad handling.

wangspeed, thanx for the feed back.. you are right about what you said.. i took it to my mechanic and im gettin it raised up a lil more and an alignment because i never got one once they were installed.. and ill have some new pics up tomorrow

and im also not a big fan of my rims lol i just wanted to try something new to be different but after the winter im deff goin to probably powdercoat them black

ya id def. raise the front up a little bit put it just a tad above the tire and then when your springs settle in youll b nice and flush...at least thats how my megan racing coilevers were...looks good tho!
