Installed my brace last week, no problems at all. DO becareful reinstalling the nuts, factory torque spec. is 16lbs, instructions say 22lbs. I suggest some lock tight and 20lbs.

MRZ Performance strut bar fits perfectly right on your car and are adjustable in lenght. Fit's both SS and Base Cobalts, also Pusruit and G5's.

We'll have a more affordable model made soon with brushed finish since the polishing takes a lot of time... Same high quality part but at a better price.

Some of the characteristics that make it the best on the market are:

- Precision CNC machined
- Made out of high strenght 6061 T6 grade billet aluminum
- Stainless steel fasteners included to avoid broken studs and rust
- Adjustable in lenght to add preload
- Higly quality finish and unique look

i had same problem and drilled mine out as well.

funny.. I've had the DC sports bars on both my 2.4 and SS/SC... no problems out of either. Took a little persuading with a rubber mallet... just a little... no jacking up.
