Opinions on suspension upgrade parts?

Tried to read through as many threads as I could, just looking for some confirmation and thoughts on my specific application before I make my purchases.

Car is an 05 LS with stock FE1 everything. I'm definitely getting the FE5 shock/strut and YYZ spring combo that's already assembled and ready for install from CED.

Other than that, is there anything I need or should do while I'm at it? I don't track the car or anything, just looking for a lot better feel to the suspension and less body roll.

I really want to get a rear bar, but the Powell bar might be a bit much for me budget wise and maybe even overkill for what I'm looking to do. Are the other rear bar options worth considerimg? Like the OTTP or Progress bars for example which are much less costly.

Any input is appreciated!

Just get moog swaybar endlinks, you'll probably destroy the stock ones trying to take them off as I and most other people did.

I believe the FE5 front sway bar would be a good upgrade. Trailing cabs can't hurt either.

I think you can use the sway bars from the SS/SC or SS/TC but I think you need to modify the brackets that hold it to the subframe Im sure someone can chime in on this. Also get a rear swaybar Powell is what I would go with and then rim and tire upgrade will help a ton with the feel and handling

The Powell rear sway bars are awesome. You'd need different bushings and brackets to hold those bushings with a SS swaybar but I still say not worth it.

I'll order those too. I don't need anything else besides the Moogs, do I? So freakin confused trying to keep straight all the thread info I've sorted through. I'll just skip the front sway bar if it's not really worth it. At this point, anything is an upgrade from the bouncy ride I've got now.

I want the FE5 Moog links, right? Even though I'm not upgrading the bar? These here?

Moog FE5 Cobalt Link Kits 750012

And probably a stupid question, but that's just one link right? I need two of those I'm assuming.

Been looking at the Powell Hardcore bar. For some reason I forgot Powell had bars smaller than the XXX. Think I was just associating "hardcore" with the OTTP bar.

Wheels are on the to-do list after the suspension is done so I don't wind up monster truckin' it on nice rims lol. Kinda torn on wheels. Enkei M52's or Konig Daylite black n' yellows are my favorites so far but the Konigs are getting tough to find. Then there's the whole 17 vs 18 thing, lol. Kinda leaning toward 17's with 225/45/17 tires.

Appreciate the help!

Check out the thread I made about all replaceable bushings. I'd get those done with moog as well. I'm doing all mine this summer.

Yes, you want the FE5 Moogs and need two. Grease them right away.

Found it, thanks for the head's up. I'll look at those too. Probably can't afford to go Powell crazy with those but I'll see what's in the budget for now.

So i can get the moog FE5 endlinks for my FE3? I thought the FE5 and Fe3/1 were different lengths? 11" vs 9"?

Okay, last question(s).

So if I go ahead and just get the FE5 control arms from CED, I want the 2005-2007 ones, correct? These here? (LH and RH obviously)

Cobalt FE5 Lower Control Arm LH 2005 - 2007 15803766

Those are ready to go without needing to purchase bushings and whatnot?

Lawd this is already way more than I planned on, lol.

The 2008-2010 will work you just have to spread the knuckle a bit where the ball joint connects because there is about 1mm difference in the diameter
