Ordered these bad boys

i ordered my new rotors this passed weekend from autoanything. What break pads should i get with them? I was going to go for the hawk hps but i hear they get pretty noisy after a while.. am i better off going with ceramic pads or the ebc green stuff.. i dont want something that will end up damaging the new rotors.

Nice choice man, they look real nice. I have the EBC Green Stuff pads sitting in their box for about 6 months, still haven't gotten them on yet, I'm waiting for my other ones to die out. I've only heard good things about EBC brake pads and I've also really only heard good about the Hawk pads too, so either way you should be good.

They look nice, but according to the website they are pretty salty. I hope they work out for you.

Green stuff pads are awsome for street/track use. They produce low amounts of brake dust and minimum rotor wear. The red stuff pads are more for serious auto crossers, and they need to build up some heat before they start stopping at full potential.

Those are D.B.A rotors, correct?

Yes, Hawk is an excellent pad. Not really noisy, or dusty. They have an excellent bite and are decently priced. We have them in stock and ready to move. We have sold tons to Balt and IRL fellas.

I've installed about a hundred sets of ebc's. They are the softest (green,) so they give you a very progressive feel and are the easiest on your discs. They "feel" grippy. On the downside, they will wear out faster than the Hawk pads, which will probably do better from multiple high speed stops, as they are a little harder.

Both are good. Neither are noisy or dusty IMHO. It depends on what you are looking for.

Vesrah is my favorite pad, but I don't know if they make them for our ride.
