Ordering CM Springs, but no order confirmation

I had a question, are they even alive? I placed an order for some springs last thursday for my car and used paypal. After the order was complete, I didn't receive an email stating "order processing" or anything, just a paypal email. What's up with that?

It's already cleared my bank account and everything.

Did I just get jacked.

I emailed customer service at Canuck Motorsports, but they haven't responded.

Is this typical for those of you that have ordered them?

I'm in the exact same boat with them and I ordered the exact same day as you.

I've had this happen before with other products I've bought from other companies. Never got any sort of confirmation from them except a paypal receipt.

A week or so later, the product shows up at my door. Always nerve-wracking but it always works out.

Well I hope so, I'll give it until end of next week, 2 weeks should be good enough. Let me know if you receive yours.

I live in Colorado so I'll keep that in mind when and if you receive yours.

They are slow to answer e-mails. Probably a small operation with parts made by a subcontractor. I asked them for spring rates before and it took 1-2 weeks to get an answer.
