yeah, product, service, everything. im just speaking from my own personal experience with them. i do understand tho that problems happen from time to time and your situation does sound off the beaten path compared to most orders from people on here.

40 bars came to us, 9 came uncoated and none of the nut plates were assembled. Each plate requires sand blasting and then 4 tig weld beads, 2 plates to a sway bar. Then they are sand blasted again and finally painted. I had to make all of these pieces while still doing my regular job and sending out header orders that I had to hand make. The bars have been here for 2 weeks, but we had 10 months of back orders to fill so please give us some time. Your bar might leave tomorrow.... but I'm not really sure where you are inline as far as shipping goes, might not make it out till tuesday.

Hey Josh and Sean,

The last thing you need is an Old Man bugging you every other day about "Were's My Sway Bar" and for that I appollogize! Like I told Sean in an email I have about 1/2 dozen updates left with our ride and all of them have been the most trying! Hopefully I will get a tracking number by next Wednesday, if not let the phone calls continue.....

Well i just bought a Cobalt SS/SC back in Febuary and ofcourse the first thing i wanted was to go faster. I did a bit of research and performance wise people had nothing but good things to say about OTTP. One of my good friends who deals with them quite a bit told me to go there also. So i ordered a Stage 2 from them. But what i didn't know is the modualr pulleys were on backorder. Which is fine, no worries it's still early. But i had to call there to find that out. Josh and Sean by no means am i gonna bash you guys. I've talked to you both on the phone and seem like good people. Very personable. But what i havent liked is constanly having to call you even after leaving more than one message to just call me back and let me know status on backordered parts and email the stage 2 tune to me. I understand you guys are trying to run a small business while doing you're everyday jobs. Thats why i'm not mad. But first impressions are everything and right now i kinda feel like a nobody to you guys. I know i don't know you personally or have spent tons of money there yet. But you gotta start somewhere right? Don't care if you cant send me parts or email me tunes right away. It's just nice to know i'm acknowledged and you want my business with a quick phonecall or email.

One thing I want to clear up as I've seen it a couple times in this thread is that I have another job. I don't, this has been my only job for 3 years. I work full time on it and even process and build orders on saturday and sunday, I don't answer the phone on the weekend though. Sean on the other hand only works part time with me.

As for your emailed tune, I called back yesterday at 11:18am you weren't there yet....talked to a girl there. I didn't have time to call again because I had a business meeting with Heath the commercial manager of Harrop Performance. He took up all my time till 5:30pm and sean was off yesterday. Anyways if you see this before I call again, please email me your tune file to sales@ottperformance.com I will modify it and send it back.

Ottp has great products or I should say Powell makes great products but horiible customer service I ordered twice and both time orders took at least a month to ship and are very slow at return phone calls and emails. ZZP makes great products as well and their customer service is MUCH better I order something from them and I get it 2 or 3 days later and always get my emails and phone calls in reasonable time. Just my experiences

When you do a large volume of business sometimes there are hiccups. What you don't here about as often is the thousands of satisfied customers as they are normally to busy enjoying there parts

This always makes me laugh. You think every company makes all of their own products?

OTT is a good group of guys. I have worked with them for almost 2 years and they have helped me out immensely when needed. They really do like helping the LSJ market, you just have to be patient, since they are understaffed.

You must be thinking of someone else Josh. I only have my cell phone. No girl would answer the number you have and i gave you. But it's all good Sean emailed me the tune. Like i said in my rant i understand you guys have full time jobs besides this one. I can only imagine how tough it must be to balance both. Thats why i didn't go off saying how crappy you're service is like alot of people on here have. It's just my friend Kevin who has been dealing with you guys for a fair bit now gets phonecalls and emails all the time as to whats going on with his stuff he orders. I guess when you have someone to compare it to you would like the same treatment thats all. But i'll order from you again soon. Still need a header haha. Thanks guys

Sean has actually called me multiple times when the UPS driver couldnt find my address, to make it easier on the driver. He helped the driver get to my address. Thats good customer service if you ask me.
