OTTP longtube header made in house by OTTP just saying

and fast98 said that no company on this site makes their entire inventory in house which is true

So as of this posting I have been given a tracking number to which I say thanks to Josh and Sean! A couple of things we noticed with OTT Performance that are hits and misses!

Hits: There product and knowledge is Second to None! They "ARE" doing there darndest to supply us with some of the best products offered in the industry!

Misses: When a product is not stocked the website should state: Call for availability or update the site with said information! Also when relying on suppliers to deliver your product either add several days or weeks to the delivery time to a customer thus no one will be upset with any unforscene delays and as to give yourselfs a buffer zone in processing the orders!

All in All We Patiently Await our Hardcore Bar and Hope Everyone Has a Great Weekend!

2 things...

First your sway bar shipped along with 10 others today, 4 didn't get picked up by the ups driver in time. So they have the label printed and the box is ready, but your tracking number won't update for the whole weekend till they pick it up. Just something you should know if you're one of those people.

As for the stock numbers on the website, alot of things need to be updated again, It's a never ending battle really and you are right it should be fixed. I will be hiring someone in the next few weeks here to help ease my load and hopefully make us more efficent....this coupled with our new shop being built should put us in a position to do almost anything.

I like to think of them mostly for helpful responses online, great customer service, super low prices, quick shipping, and great products. AAANNNNDDD the powell parts are an added bonus

I had a big issue with them a few months ago, they took my money, never sent me the product, kept stalling, and gave me a tracking number to a package which didnt even exsist. All in all I got refunded MOST of my money (shorted like 20 bucks...) There was a pretty lengthy 50+ page thread on here about it, but of course it got deleted because OTTP didn't like the bad rep. Funny, it was for the OTTP sway bar then too.

We don't give out tracking numbers that don't exist.

I think your issue is that you didn't want to pay a processing fee for cancelling your order.

Noone should pay processing fees to your company for items you dont have in stock anyways , stupid stupid stupid company policy enabling you to rip off the customer who wants thier parts asap , I am sure you have lined your pockets alot and maybe this is why you don't keep stock on alot of things!! That policy alone makes me not open your website to order

then don't order from ZZP https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...r_services.php

then don't order from TTR http://www.turbotechracing.com/produ...c/termsagr.asp

then don't order from any other vendor because this is common practice. when you agree to purchase the product. you are agreeing to those terms and conditions and you are held to them. time is money. they waste time returning a product for you and it costs them time to help other customers. people on this site are seriously ******* retarded

Is it really that hard to call and see if it's in stock before you buy it?

well, everyone has already established that OTTP should mark products that are not in stock on the website. Josh even said they are hiring a new staff member to help carry the load......

What is being reffered to from this post is the fact that you said that you would never order from OTTP because of this policy. Shown clearly above that all vendors have this policy for the same reason OTTP does. No company has the time to waste. Like Blazin said if you dont like the policy then you shouldnt order from any vendor that sponsors this site because they all have this policy.

I won't order from ottp because I feel they have made a practice of not replying to customers about parts that are in stock from experience until the purchase was made , than all of a sudden it will take 2 mths to get the parts or something. anyways, freedom of speech exercised have a great bashing day

Yes sometimes these parts take some time to make... as alot of their parts are handmade, you can go spend your money wherever you want I don't think they will miss your $100.00

For the rest of us that can obviously see the difference in quality sometimes you have to wait for stuff.

Oh well My money will always go with OTTP now that they have LNF parts!

we currently carry over 200 thousand dollars of inventory. on monday that will jump to about 3/4 of a million dollars of inventory. obviously we cant carry everything but we do our best....we also have things that are paid for but we dont have yet. take pedders springs for example, we pay up front for them about 4-5 weeks before they show up. basically as it is right now, if you want to know if something is instock either email or call.

i can guarantee you have never run a business. i am a manager for a $3 million dollar per year company. time is ******* money no matter how you look at it. to run a credit card costs money. to return an amount on a credit card costs money. my time is money so your going to pay a processing fee if you cancel your order after you pay for it. plain and simple. this is how business works. we are not in business to lose money
