Question Ordering from OTT Performance

Just curious if any members have any thoughts (Good or Bad) on ordering from OTT Performance? Recently I have been trying to purchase a Rear Hardcore Bar with not much luck! They took all of my information but after several attempts to re-contact and check status I'm not having much luck!

Thanks for Any Replies,

Kevin

sometimes i waited a really long time to send in my stock tune file for their modified tune (my fault) and when i did final get it in it seemed that they forgot about it, but i kept emailing them and they finally got back to me.

I believe they get a **** ton of emails. And its run by a really small group of people.

They are good guys though and i plan on purchasing more stuff from them in the future.
Also they have GREAT products.

I ordered a Stage 3 kit from them a month ago, and all I've received is the 2.9 pulley. Left messages and sent emails, still no reply. IDK, FML

I haven't had any issues with them, ordered a heat exchanger and two sets of spark plugs.

OTTP is a great vendor. They helped me many of times with questions that I needed answers to. The products are great and show great results. My customer service experience has been great as well. Timely order processing and shipping. I think they are a great vendor and would deffinantly recommend them!

Good luck with what you are looking to order.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with them both times I ordered. I figured as much on the exclusive **** I got from them(CTI DP, Hardcore bar, Steering rack spacers) but it shouldnt take them 3 months to ship non-backordered parts such as brake lines, rotors, and pads. Their customer service is horrible too, I mean I called for twice a week for 2 months leaving messages every time and they arent good enough to answer the phone or call back. Unless there is another powell product that is exclusive to them I will never order from them again... I didnt learn my lesson the first time and it took half of the regulars in the Carolina Cobalts thread to harass them before I got my second order.

sean is good with PMs. i had a problem ordering and they walked me thru it. I called them maybe 6 times and they always called right back if they didnt answer.

They are 2 guys, 1 house. Give them a break if they dont have every single part in stock 24/7

i ordered rotors and pads from the about 3 weeks ago.. got the pads in but still waiting on the rotors.

they told me that their vendor was out of the rotors. if thats the case they shoulda posted it on their website that they were backordered instead of letting people send money for them when they dont ahve them lol..

As of this past weekend I have heard from both Josh and Sean which is "Greatly" appreciated! I also went ahead and placed my order on-line as I felt the phone order was kinda be shuffled around on a desk and might become low priority? Sean states my order will be addressed today although not sure if they'll have a bar left to ship?

Thanks again for everyones thoughts and experiences!

You called 16 times and left 16 messages and never got an answer? Sorry that doesn't happen here, so why are you lying about it?
