rent a spring compressor from an auto store. Theyre self explanatory and should have instructions. There is a total of like 6 nuts you have to undo. Three on the strut tower, two bolts that go through the spindle, and the endlink nut that attaches the endlink to the strut. Take both struts out of the car (i would mark how the bearing plate is in relation to the strut tower) use the spring compressors, undo the nut at the top of the bearing plate. And you may be able to install the lowering springs you have without compressing the new springs. Install is reversed. The rear all you have to do is unbolt the bottom nut on the rear of the shocks, and take out the old springs and install the new ones. Bolt the shocks back up and done. In about a week go get the alignment checked. ( be carefull using the spring compressor you can get hurt if a spring shoots from the strut)

I'm going to say the same thing. If you haven't done springs before, you might want to bring it to someone before you or someone else gets hurt. I don't want to see a thread titled "Sportline went into my chest". If the step by step doesn't explain it all then you're probably not up for the challenge.

for some reason when i read the title of the thread, I automatically added the word "job" to the end

But really you should take it somewhere to get it done because you really should have an alignment done after lowering it.

if your doubting yourself then maybe you should rethink about paying someone to do it, specially if your not sure you can do it,

suspension is one thing not to mess with if you dont know what your doing

un-wise to venture into un-known...Front springs are a bit more complicated than rear

change your rear and have front done by an expert, in the end it will cost you a little more than it would to rent a spring compressor
