Progress springs + TC struts
I think I have pretty much decided to put up with my current setup until I can afford a set of Stance CO's. How is the ride quality on Stance's for those who have them? Obviously, they can be adjusted to a certain extent, but do they ride reasonably smooth without bottoming out the way stock struts do? Am I right in thinking that having the ability to adjust the shock length will reduce the incidence of bottoming out? Also, do the CO's have a stiffer spring rate than Pedders?
Maybe, But what are we looking at a good $600 to $700 for the pedder/tc combo...whats another 2-300$? and buy the final solution...Eventually the pedders will wear out the stock tc struts, just in a little more time, opposed to sportlines, h&r etc etc...
^^^That's kind of what I'm thinking. I'm going to take my CO's off in the winter though, so I want some decent struts for winter. I might run TC springs in the winter for some extra ground clearance also.
By 'modest drop' you guys mean about a 1/4(0.25)" less than sportlines in the rear and the same in the front...I don't get why everyone spouts nonsense about Pedders not lowering a car all that much.
.25 of an inch is almost not recognizable by the naked eye from across the parking lot.
T3 springs would be horrible on a street car. That's all I am going to say about those.
