question about rear shocks

question about rear shocks

when replacing the rear shocks do you need that to put that back nut on the bottom bolt or does the screw just tighten down

There is no back nut. Just tighten them down well and you are good to go! Make sure you get the bolt started by hand. I almost cross-threaded one of mine because I didn't take that precaution.

there's no nut there haha

and yes, make sure you start it by hand. I cross threaded on of mine, it sucks.

alright cause i have a back nut on them now.... i guess that could be why they are making weird noise

Uh. No nut on the bottom, well if ere is it's welded on the other side. It's like folks are saying. Just 2 bolts for ther rear shocks.
