Why do you need rear camber? You should only need front for a handling set up.

With the older Cobalts and Saturns you could shim the rear hubs to get some negative -- as much as -1.75 according to the specs -- and the brake calipers attached to the hubs so there wasn't a brake problem. With the new ones (at least my 09), the brak calipers are attached to a large plate that looks to be welded to the axle so shimming the hub would cause the brake to drag. I don't think there's any way to adjust camber on the rear of these Cobalts.

I just bought a set of factory maintenance manuals for my Cobalt, I'll take a look in there and see if there's any room for rear end 'adjustments' for post-accident repairs.

I wouldn't bend the axle on purpose.

If you for some reason MUST have extra camber added to the rear just go to an alignment shop and tell them how much you want. There are shims that go between the hub and the axle. /thread
