Rear Strut Bolts

Rear Strut Bolts

I torqued the top strut bolt down to 66 ft-lbs and noticed that the strut was being compressed and not able to freely rotate about this top bolt. Is this correct?

its not supposed to freely rotate, thats why theres a bushing
