Rebuilding rear calipers

Has anyone done it before? I have never taken one apart that had the parking brake integrated into the caliper piston, so I just want to make sure I won't hit any road blocks. I know you have to rotate the piston in order to compress it.

I was also thinking about getting some new parking brake springs and quenching them to get more stiffness. I'm thinking this will help strengthen up the parking brake a little bit. Is it possible to order only the springs? Would anyone suggest oil quenching over water? I'll just be using a propane torch.

I wonder if there's a "how to" on these calipers.. I need to rebuild mine.. One started leaking today and I'm not going to spend $60 -100 if I can rebuild this for $5

Pretty sure the parking brake mechanism isn't serviceable
