Rubbing Issue...

Didnt think I'd ever have this problem with the G5.... I have Eibach sportlines on ss/tc struts riding on SS rims with brand new 215/45's on them, and I'm rubbing. Wtf. The top of my wheel is rubbing on the bottom of the springs seat, when the car is on a level surface, not moving, I only have about 1cm of clearence between the wheel and the seat. So I'm basically rubbing all the time except when I'm accelerating... Anyone else have a problem like this? I got an alignment done and the camber is at -1.4*... is that too much?

I'm also rubbing on the fender liners, which doesnt bother me as much.

HELP.
