Should I get lowering springs in a bumpy area?
heres a tip from the euro club. once your low, you are learning to drive AGAIN! yes you will develop a new technique for driving low. IF! if you make a thread about you breaking your subframe, axles, or peenor when driving low.......a driving seminar is needed.
moral of post: you will develop a new technique when it comes to being low. you will swerve around big potholes and take bumps on an angle.
ex: owned a retardedly slammed mk4 jetta.

Just lowering it lowers the roll center more than the CG, increasing roll. McPherson strut tip of the day
A friend of mine told me that, I just pretended he was screwing with me. I definitely don't have the money for a full revamp of my suspension though. I was more going for the better appearance that I would get from it. I guess now that I look at it I can eventually save for it, but that would mean no tranny and engine mounts, no TWM shifter, no TVS, no life, etc.
its wutever you want to live wih honesly bro, u have to drive it everyday i can tell u slam your car cuz it looks gud but u hav to drive it everyday not me, i would say get sumtin with a decent drop if that driveway bump is the biggest concern you only hit it a few times depending on how often u leave ur house... you could always go out there and get come construction going on one side of it so u can get pass.
