And yes, I am going to make one set and send it to the patient and loyal ( to the project and this thread) guy who is not one of our customers, but cares enough to check in with me and keep the fireplace burning...I am ordering new mounts from CED, will make the changes needed and we will give it our best shot...sorry to take so long, some things seem to take forever....

Randy All my mounts are lost coming from CED F23, everything. Its gonna take a week to sort this crap out. sorry. usps/canada post . fml

Well fuhhhhhh. lol No absolute rush, I'll just need them as fast as you can John, just waiting for tghese axles to pop any day. haha I bought extras just in case though.

where did you buy axles? I am having a terrible time finding decent axles on a replacement basis. DSS are almost 800 a pair,(!) CED are 175 each, Detroit axle have reman for 39 dollars, as do NAPA but reman wont suit my customers I dont think.

I bought mine from advance, since I work there. lol I just got them cause with my discount they were super cheap. Hoping I wont need new ones until I get your monts in the car.

^^^ thats a good deal. and there is no way swapping an auto to manual is anything more than a big hole to shovel money into. way easier to devise a motor lift for a slammed car.
