Some simple brake questions (`07 SS/SC)

I have some brake questions regarding my Cobalt. I will be selling my house to move to Boston this summer. I'm replacing the pads and rotors all the way around. I have 46k miles on the car and the brakes are all original. Is there anything else brake related that wears out fairly quickly on the Cobalts that I can replace while everything is apart?

On a side note, the oem brakes have been good to me. The pads have plenty of life left, the rotors are actually completely rusted through! Anyone else having good luck with their stock brakes?

The rear calipers can be a pia because of the crappy ebrake system gm used with them.

check your caliper dust boots for cracks or tears as well as the brake lines. i had a torn dust boot at 60k.

you should replace your brake fluid every 5 years, so it's about time.
