Hey guys I posted a couple days ago about buying something a little lower than pedders but earlier today I got in contact with this local guy who is selling his stock ss springs for $40 after chatting for a bit he aid he would let me have em for 20 and if I wasn't satisfied with the drop I could return them to him and get my money back. So what do you guys say? Snag the deal or used springs not worth it? Like mentioned in my other thread I'm still buying fe5s so will that help lower the car more?

 

get springs that will give you a better drop why go from stock to stock

 

well I'm on a base model ride height and what I'm trying to debate on is if 20 bux is worth it for a temporary drop till I get some actuall aftermarket springs which won't be till way later hence my other thread on trying to narrow down what I want cus I'm still not sure

 

the thing is for $20 I mean yeah whatever right thats totally worth it, but where its not worth it is the time/effort to put them in (IMO) I would just get proper lowering springs

 

What stevo said. if .5" is worth it to you then thats the best deal ever

oh and tc springs go even a little lower and those go for cheap too
