note-this was on a 2.2 when i had stock struts.

i am sitting lower than any of you, on coilovers, and i didn't cut anything. Never hit the bumpstops, never had an issue, and thats even after hitting expansion joints at like 90mph on the freeway, and i've hit some nasty potholes, as well as some speedbumps i didn't see in time to slow down for..

When mine got installed (eibach sportlines) the bump stops were not cut. 1k miles later no problems with noise or weird suspension issues.

i have 40 k miles and they survived stock ss springs, cut ss springs and now eibach springs. cutting bump stops does not make sense given the amount of travel there...
