Sportline Kit Install
Sportline Kit Install
Anyone here in NY on long island wanna help me install an eibach sportline kit ony my car. want to buy the kit but will not have enough money to install it and do no want to do it myself. someone help a fellow SS owner out.
Most big name autoparts distributors will probably loan you one for free, I know my local Advance has a loan-a-tool program, save you from buying a tool you'll use once. With a spring compressor it's cake.

i am in valley stream...my shop is in roslyn though...i just got informed that they are sending me to BMW school starting sept 19th-nov 11th...i will be in jersey but i dont know if i am going to come home on weekends or not..about price i will see how easy or hard it is...i forgot to check under my car when i had it on the lift to see where they put the springs but if its easy i wont charge a lot at all, dont worry i will hook up a fellow cobalt owner haha
i have sportlines on mine and the ride is noticably "rougher" but not unacceptable. Handling........WOW what a difference in body roll and responsivness. As for looks it looks great and after a week or so after the suspension settles real good it is even lower than when you first let it off the jack. Here are some pics of mine......

i dont know, i didnt bother to ask either. I kept my stockers in case something ever arrises from this i can just put them back on. I can see me going to the dealer with a blown S/C and them syaing it is not under warranty since it is lowered

Thats just the way some dealers are. I am in a Camaro club here in Atlanta and the dealership that sponsors us is really cool, they are willing to work with us on stuff like that. So to make a long story short, lower your car and dont tell anyone at the dealership or let them find out, if you ever have any driveline problems then put the stockers back on.
